Terms of Service

Welcome to Wembo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wembo mobile application. By accessing or using Wembo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Wembo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Wembo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wembo. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Wembo, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account with others

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Wembo, including photos, videos, tutorials, and comments ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Wembo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the app.

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to post User Content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains harmful, threatening, or abusive material
• Includes spam, advertising, or promotional content without permission
• Contains false or misleading information
• Violates the privacy of others
• Contains adult content or material inappropriate for all ages

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our content guidelines.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Wembo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or related systems
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the app
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the app
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our permission

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Wembo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wembo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app without our express written permission.

7. Community Interactions

Wembo provides features that allow you to interact with other users, including following, liking, and commenting. You are responsible for your interactions with other users. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or the content they post.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Wembo at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion, your User Content may be removed from the app, though some content may remain in backups for a limited time.

9. Disclaimers

Wembo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the app will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the app will be corrected
• The app will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wembo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the app
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any errors or omissions in any content
• User Content or the conduct of any third party on the app

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wembo and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the app, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Wembo after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Wembo shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wembo regarding your use of the app and supersede any prior agreements.
